Homes for permanent living

A NEW RESIDENTIAL NEIGHBOURHOOD

The proposal looks to redesign the existing holiday park to provide up to 420 new energy-efficient, modern park homes designed for people to rent or buy for year-round living.

  • Small communities of units with linking pedestrian routes – allowing people to walk easily to the new and improved community facilities
  • Secure cycle storage points throughout the site
  • Beautiful views across the estuary and the surrounding countryside by deliberately re-orientating the current layout
  • Two dedicated parking bays for each park home, as well as electric vehicle charging
  • Quality communal green spaces, incorporating water features and play areas, in addition to private gardens
